Clinic Etiquette & Payment Details

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Scheduled services cannot be extended. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service fee. The waiting area in the designated quiet zone is for the consideration of treatments in progress.

Health Information
In order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate to the needs of the individual, a general health information form must be completed by each client during their first visit.

Draping 
To respect your privacy throughout your treatments, only the region your therapist is working on is undraped.  You will be asked about your comfort level and are invited let the therapist know if something needs attention.

50 Minute Aquatic $80
30 Minute Aquatic $45
30 Minute Table $45
45 Minute Tabe $65
1 Hour Table $80
90 Minutes Table $125

Payment
All treatments must be paid in full following the appointment. Cash or cheque accepted.. Prices include tax. A receipt will be issued with an RMT number, this is for insurance reimbursement purposes. Blue Cross Direct Billing available.

Gratuities
Gratuities may be given at your discretion.  Tipping is neither required nor expected. Your loyalty and referrals is much appreciated.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available upon request. Certificates can be used at any time. No reimbursement allowed. Certificates must be presented at time of use.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid billing for missed appointments be sure to cancel 8 hours prior to scheduled treatment. For aquatic appointments, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
